The company was founded in April 2005. owner of the 90MW Simple Cycle Gas fired powerplant at Magboro, Ogun state. The plant is configured on 2 GE LM6000. Magboro Phase II - a 350MW is also been rapidly developed at the Magboro site.

our 90MW Magboro plant site located on the Lagos Corridor of Ogun State is at CCA 300m to ELPS and CCA 200m to the 133KVA transmission facility and this is put in at a strategic advantage to deploy without infrastructure constraint, for the purpose of Emerency power solution in embeded area .
