Bresson A.S Nigeria LTD is a privately owned Nigerian company headquartered in Abuja,
principally engaged in the business os acquiring, developing, owning, and operating independent Power Generating Facilities (IPGF).
The company was founded in April 2005. It is owner of the 90MW Simple Cycle gas fired power plant at Magboro, Ogun state. The plant is configured on 2 CELM6000. Magboro Phase II - a 350MW is also been rapidly developed at the magboro site.
One of the Pioneer Independent Power Developers, Bresson is a fully integrated Power company with its own gas to power solutions from her sister companies and also developing power solutions using solar energy Biogas and other renewable sources. Bresson Flexible Power Nigeria Limited, a member of the Bresson family, also delivers fast-track power solution both for captive markets and the gride.
Mr Olawepo-Hashim has been in private sector business for more than 33 years with range of interest in the energy sector worldwide . he was trained in Boston Massachusetts United States where he attended HRDC International Petroleum Management course. Masters Degree in Global affairs from the university of Buckingham, United Kingdome, where he warn the Max Bellof's Award for Best Student in Global Afair, Bsc from the University of Lagos Nigeria. Mr Olawepo-Hashim is the chairman oilworld limited, president Transitional Energy Corporation Registered in the United States. He was awarded the Kwame Nkruma African Leadership Award in 2003 in Ghana and also a veteran award in Venezuela. He hold the Nigerian Union of Journalist 200 Award for professional excellence and also a fellow of Institute of Corporate Administration in Nigeria.

is a trained Engineer, Investment Banker and Private Equity Investor with over 29 years experience and impeccable professional track record in Energy sector in sub-saharan Africa. He started his career in the French Power Group ALSTOM before becoming a successful Entrepreneur in the Oil services industry, subsequently serving as a senior adviser and managing director in RENAISSANCE CAPITAL, before founding a private equity fund in Mauritius called ABUCAP (Africans Building Capacity) which invests in Sun-saharan Africa's Energy Sector, and KAPPAFRIK LTD, an investment advisory company based in Nigeria. He was a party or advised multiple private Equity transaction in Africa as well as the public privatisation process and has served for 5 years on the board of the French-Nigerian Chamber of Commerce and for 3 years as an economic advisor to the French Ministry of Finance and Industry ("CCE" Nigeria sectin, by appointment of the Prime Minister

He worked as an Accountant, Management Consultant and rose to the level of Executive Director, finance and Administration of Bresson A.S Nigeria Limited. He graduated as an Accountant and holds Master of Science in Project Management; a forensic accountant and Postgraduate Diploma in Criminology and Security Studies.
Sanni , An Associate Member of the Institute of Certifield Public Accountants of Nigeria and Nigerian Institute of Management (AMNIM), has over 25 years experience in the private sector working as a senior accountant. prior to his joning Bresson in 2010, he was head operations and administration, Halwen and Associates-a revenue, tax and management consultancy firm.
